It seems like just yesterday, I was sitting in my office writing the “One month to go!” post for the WCMW. What happened to April?! Steve and I are so excited about this year’s concert series (May 5, May 12, May 19, and May 26) and we’re gearing up for a busy week of final preparations:
- Finalize program book. Proof.
- Revise media release for guest artists. Make copies.
- Charge flip video recorder.
- Replace batteries in camera.
- Send email blast.
- Get piano tuned.
- Make grocery list for reception items.
- Print program books. Assemble.
- Update foam board poster.
- Make food/beverage for reception.
